Ruled by sturdy earth and disciplinarian planet Saturn, the sign of the Goat is known for its rule-abiding, conservative nature. Caps are as goal-oriented and hard-working as they come, but they aren't so driven that they're completely cold. Members of this sign tend to possess a bone-dry wit and an enduring sense of loyalty to their family and closest friends.

  • The Doer

It may sound simplistic, but there's no other way to describe this sort of Cap — where others flounder in the face of choices and lean heavily on their words to express themselves, these Goats would much rather leap into action. They determine the most urgent tasks at hand and address those first. They eschew flowery statements and show people how they feel in gestures, big and small. With efficiency as their top priority, these Capricorns are the textbook example of straight shooters, which can make them come off as pretty blunt. If you can get them to slow down for a second, they may actually prove to be kind of charming.

  • The "Responsible One"

There's one in every friend group, and more often than not, that person is a Capricorn. Every Goat has a responsible streak, but these Goats have one that's about a mile wide. They crave structure and if it isn't given to them in their line of work or personal life, they'll create it for themselves. If something goes wrong, they're the first ones to step up and try to fix it. To an extent, this tendency stems from the Capricorn desire for control and to nip problems in the bud the moment they arise, but, to be sure, this behavior can rapidly turn into playing the martyr. It's absolutely fine to remind them that they don't have to shoulder every burden that comes their way.
  • The Taskmaster

Give this Capricorn a goal and they won't bother you for at least a week. The Taskmaster is just as self-motivated as the Doer, but wayless adept at multitasking. This is the type of Capricorn who grows up knowing exactly what they want to do, where they want to live, and how they're going to make it there. They likely keep a running list of short- and long-term goals, which they quietly check off before moving on to the next step of their master plan . Call it single-minded, call it driven — either way this Goat probably doesn't care what you think, as long as they're meeting their personal definition of success.
