 Retrograde activity surges to a yearly maximum again this month of September 2020. Half the planets are retrograde all month, and between the 9th and 12th 60 per cent of them will be retrograde. (This equals the rate we saw in June.) So the pace of life slows down once more. You can reduce (but probably not eliminate) delays by being perfect in all that you do.
Spend time getting the details of things right. Avoid short cuts (which are often not short cuts at all) and make progress slowly and methodically.

though they are not usually comfortable. We learn patience - something fiery Leo needs to learn. But they also provide a space for review and reflection. A good time to review your goals and formulate plans for the future. Thus, when the planets start moving forward again (and they will) you will be in a good position to move forward as well.

Health is good this month of September 2020., but all the planets involved with health are moving backwards. So there's no need to make major dietary or health changes just yet Study things more. If you read about some mir-acle supplement, cure or diet, take it with a pinch of salt. Chances are it is not what you think it is. The same holds true for job opportunities. They are out there for you, no question, but may not be quite what they're advertised. Do more research. If you're hir-ing others, the same holds true. 

Though the pace of life is slower, financially things are moving briskly. Mercury is in his speedy mode this month. Until the 5th he is in your money house and part of a fortunate (and rare) Grand Trine in Earth. So there is prosperity. You're still in the midst of a yearly financial peak until the 22nd. Mercury's move into Libra on the 5th shows the need for social grace in your financial dealings. From the 5th onwards you'll be working harder for earnings but they will come. Mercury in your 3rd house until the 27th indicates the importance (more than usual) of good sales, marketing, advertising and PR in whatever you are doing. People have to know about your product or service. You spend more on books, lectures, seminars and magazines-on educational items. Financial opportunities occur in your neigh-bourhood and perhaps with neighbours. Siblings and sibling figures seem involved in your finances. On the 27th, Mercury enters Scorpio, your 4th house. There can be some financial shakeups this period. Perhaps a need to make sudden changes. Perhaps a sudden, unexpected, expense. There is some financial disagreement with the beloved too. In spite of all this you pros-per this month. 

With the Sun in your 3rd house this is a good month for students below college level. They should do well in their studies. It is a good month to pursue your education-regardless of your age. The mind is sharper and learns better. 


OCTOBER 2020 ---->>

The Eastern sector of your chart, the sector of the self, hasn’t been strong all year, but this month of October 2020 it becomes even weaker. Personal independence, such as it was, is not an issue now. The month ahead – and future months – is all about catering to others and their interests. This is hard for you Leo, but it is a good spiritual lesson. It is good now and then to take a vacation from oneself. Many psychological problems have their origin in excessive self-centredness, so there is a therapeutic dimension to this. What you have been learning all year is that as you take care of others, your own needs get met as well, with little effort or attention. 

Venus, your career planet, moves into your money house on the 2nd. This is a good financial signal as it shows that you have the financial favour of bosses, parents, parent figures and the authority figures in your life. This can bring pay rises (official or unofficial) and would also show focus. Right now, you measure career success in hard cash – in monetary terms – not in terms of prestige or status. 

Career, however, is not a big issue this month of October 2020. The lower, night side of your Horoscope is the dominant side now. So this is a period of preparation, a period for doing all the ‘behind the scenes work’ that makes career success possible. It is about getting into emotional harmony and making sure the home and family situation is solid. Those of you involved in psychological therapies should make good progress from the 23rd onwards, as the Sun enters your 4th family house. Even those of you not in any ‘official’ therapy will make progress. The 4th house is Nature’s therapeutic system, where the past is close and memories are unsealed. The hidden traumas and experiences that hold you back are easily seen, perhaps in dreams or through the events of life. Thus they get re-interpreted in a better way – based on your present understanding of things. 

Your career planet Venus will have her solstice from October 29 to November 2 2020. This shows a pause in your career and then a change of direction – a change of attitude. Finances get more complicated after the 14th as Mercury starts to retrograde. So, as always, try to make important purchases, investments or financial decisions before that date. Afterwards, shop for necessities of course, but better to take a ‘wait and see’ attitude on financial affairs. Mercury will be in your 4th house until the 24th. This shows various things. You spend more on the home and family and are perhaps earning from them as well. There is good family support that goes both ways.
